WOW - Smoking fast WiFi - Just buy one!
Replaced my 6 year old Airport Time Capsule wireless network due to failing wifi radios. Turned the wireless option off, hooked up my new AX1800 to my Time Capsule router port and the magic came back. I am getting in excess of 200 mbps on the 5 GHz channel and 40 mbps on the 2.4 GHz channel. Never saw this speed on the 5 GHz with the Time Capsule. I still perform wireless backups on the Time Capsule, albeit much more quickly. I configured my AX1800 manually without a problem, I still have to mirror the port forwarding from the Time Capsule. The AX1800 does not run hot, checked it for a week while streaming HD to 2 smart TVs while connected to several iOS devices on both channels. Flawless performance. The only problem encountered was with my daughter's Lenovo Flex 14. I had to manually update the wifi driver for the Intel wireless adapter as the computer would not recognize the AX comm spec. Ah Windoze, W10 is another typical crippled OS from the MS dungeons. But it seems now that if you have enough time and motivation you can find a solution online. So glad I left the MSverse all those years ago.

Nice router for the average modern home
This router has excellent connectivity with both wired and wireless connections. The speed with wi-fi 6 is more than I need, but it is impressive. I have echos, rokus, smart tv's, light switches, electrical outlets, thermostats, computers, gaming consoles, printers, tablets, and cell phones all connected to it without any problems. The tether app works well on my phone an allows me the opportunity to make changes to the network if needed, however I mostly use it to see the routing table and note what's connected or not at any given time. Your average modern home with streaming televisions, cell phones, tablets, smart devices, etc. all seem to work well with this router and keep a reliable connection. I do have it bridged with an older TP-Link wireless router, which helps to expand wireless coverage through my home. They seem to work well together, but I allow the AX1800 to manage the routing tables and assign the ip addresses for everything. Definitely consider this wireless router if you don't specifically need the very best in speed and don't want to spend a ton of money. It does a nice job.

Decent Wifi router
Set up is not overly difficult and the range is adequate for our needs - approximately 10 ft thru 3 walls.

It works for me.
It came in good condition. It works for my home and was easy to integrate. The settings are easy to learn, and it didn't give me any issues. It helped fix the issue I was having with the modem my internet provider gave us.

Very happy so far with it's range and capacity.
I had to replace an old Netgear unit that just didn't have the capacity or range to handle smart TVs and wireless cameras. I researched TPLink and decided on one that had the kind of range I need as well as being able to handle the traffic. I'm very happy so far. I used the Tether app to set it up. At first, it wouldn't connect to my computer. So, I reset and went through the steps again successfully. I may have reversed a couple of steps the first time. I am so happy with the range of this thing. I have a 2100 sq ft home with a detached garage with wireless cameras all over the outside. I could not connect to all of them without a range extender before. Now, I have a strong signal at all points of my 6600 sq ft property (wood and sheetrock walls). Previously with WiFi Analyzer, my neighbor's signal strength outshone my own. Not so, now. I'm king of the hill. My upload and download speeds are magnitudes better, and I don't have to put up with freezing movies on my smart TVs. Wish I had done it sooner. BTW, I researched through about 10 different sources before satisfying myself that this was the best bet for my situation. I probably could have gotten the cheaper model, but no regrets whatsoever.

simple set-up better range than what it replaced
The only drawback I see is the size of the router, its designed to sit flat and takes up quite a bit of room. Other than that, it was easy to set up and consistently provides maximum speed on all ports. Didnt need to fiddle with any settings. Covers most of our 2 story house including the cellar (approx 50% better than an older model). WiFi even reaches my shop which is over 100ft from the house/router.
