Yes, they work. But it takes time. A lot of it. They definitely don't remove ALL hair. When i pull off the strip, all the sticky wax stays behind and it pulls out no hair. You have to do it a certain way... and this method was not mentioned in the instructions at all but i do find that it works better this way. I use these on my underarms, so before i start, i like to exfoliate and make sure my skin is clean. Then i take one of the wipes with the oil and wipe my skin with it once or twice, then i'll take a dry paper towel and remove some of it. This helps so that the wax doesn't stay behind on your skin and it actually pulls out hair. But then again, even with this method, it does not pull out all hair so you'll either have to shave or tweeze the ones left behind.
