Good value for the price and having 2 is helpful. These aren’t as substantial as the more expensive support I have. They are generous is size for those who have larger arms. I have had to overlap the straps to wear one below my elbow. They are comfortable and pretty effective in relieving my elbow pain. The Velcro quality and hold is pretty good, but they are still new.

keeping pressure on defo helps with pain. not sure if it helps much with recovery, but its slowly getting better

I know these work well for some people but they don't seem to work for me. Made sure I correctly positioned them. Maybe my tennis elbow is too bad at the moment. Been using K tape instead at that works much better for pain relief for me.

Fantastic for the price the qualities that are defeat is amazing you get the support the compression and everything they don't sleep unless I put them on top of my working clothes but that's all

To be honest my doctor recommended this and I ordered under that information, but I have to say it’s surprised me, considering it’s only a strap with a foam pad in it I’ve noticed that wearing it when my tennis elbow is flaring and it does seem to ease it. I have no idea how but it does seem to help, I can’t wear it for long periods of time though as it tends to cut off a little of the blood circulation after a while but I try to use a full elbow brace/support for when I’m working/need it all day!

I wanted to wait before writing a review to see if this product actually worked as I had my doubts. It works!! I have acute pain in my elbow and as soon as I put this on and position it, the pain completely disappears. You don’t know your wearing it. The Velcro can catch on clothes and sometimes open the support but a minor complaint. Well worth buying if you have tennis elbow

I bought this item to see if it could help relieve my golf elbow pain.My expectations were pretty low; much to my surprise it’s *really* helped reduce my pain & discomfort.I have very slender arms and the Velcro strap keeps the pad nicely in place without any slipping even during vigorous exercise.Definitely worth a shot if you’re having problems.
