I hated the one with that was supposedly the medicated one of the pair. The plain original one is fine and has no flavor or aftertaste. The medicated one has a sunscreen that is so awful tasting I could not put it on my lips a second time. I will say that I'm very sensitive to sunscreen ingredients and even some of those for the face or body will leave a horrible taste in my mouth even if it is nowhere near my lips. So maybe this is not a problem for everyone.
