Arrived quickly, well packed & sealed. Very fine powder, & very clean/fresh aroma. Some sites had comments of poor taste, I found this completely fresh & pleasant. I mix it in an ayervedic boiled tea of cumin, coriander, fennel etc. & it works great. Mixes well, tastes good, flavor blends, nice clean & fresh product! High quality. This wood is thought to be helpful for blood sugar control. Haven't checked my levels yet, but just for taste, freshness, & ease mixing it's 100% good as I'd hoped for flavor! Quality. Time will tell if it helps, but it sure is all I'd hoped as product quality!

My own experience...your mileage may vary: Love that this is organic. Nice resealable packaging. Delighted to see the generous amount in the bag... I put one or two pinches of this in my morning organic coffee on most days. Mild smell and mild flavor is my own experience. Nice that it's ground so fine. I'm incredibly pleased with it. Makes it E-Z-4 me 2 get a bit of this in my diet in this form. In general, if it comes from a tree...i'm pretty much "good wiffit."

I seem to have a reaction to this. My lips started to itch and peel. ( my body’s way of telling me I’m sensitive to it) the capsules I bought did not do this. So I guess I will go back to them…
