Takeya 885395512860 Traveler Insulated Stainless Steel Bottle, Flip Cap Bluestone 17oz

I love this thing. I use it every morning for my coffee. I sometimes can't drink my coffee until a couple hours after I make it and it's still piping hot. I put it in my side pocket of my backpack and ride a motorcycle to work and nothing spills. I've washed it many times and there's no sign of any of the pretty blue color coming off.

Great bottle and love the locking lid

I’m not one of those people that has to have water with me at every moment, but when I do want to have some thing, this is a great bottle with the carry loop. Bottle is just the right size also.

My partner and I used two of these on a road trip and both plan on making it our daily driver. It is a well designed thermos that kept our coffee hot for a shockingly long period of time and imparted little to no flavor to the beverages we used it for (coffee and water).The mechanism to open the lid makes it easy to open and close with one hand while driving, and the spout is thoughtfully designed to prevent spills while drinking (a problem with other thermos designs).The silicone gasket for the lid is removable and can be cleaned, which seemed to remove the residual flavor/smell from coffee and milk that accumulated over several days of use. We did take care to rinse the thermos at the end of each day, but didn't have a chance to do a proper wash until after the trip and they held up well and did not get disgusting or pick up too much odor (unlike my glass Takeya water bottle which needs a full wash and dry each day, making it almost unusable for hiking and road trips).I hope they revise this to use a metal carry ring, but otherwise it is close to perfect.

Pro : great size, not bulky, colour, insulates incredibly - heat is maintained for hours (so make sure its at a drinkable temp before you close it up), it's secure - not going to pop openCon : I bought this for the car, but the way it opens you have to tip your head back quite a bit and the cap sort of obscures sight lines. Took a star off for this reason.

It's easy to fill at a water bottle filling fountain and the lid locks to prevent accidental spills while carrying all my travel stuff. It's the right size and fits perfectly into the water bottle pouch on my backpack too.

I received one of these years ago as a stocking stuffer and never paid attention to the brand until I almost lost it one day, then a snapped a pic of it to have on my phone. The reason being, this is the only hot flask that will keep your beverage hot for hours… I am so serious. The locking mechanism is first class, no leaks here at all. There is a ring that slides up so you can carry it that way. I’m totally obsessed with this flask. An added bonus is that it’s easy to clean. There is a silicone piece that you can easily remove and actually clean this flask the correct way. I ordered one for my son. I use it almost every day. I take this to the gym, do a 2 hour workout and have my hot tea right after… nothing better than that!!

I take this thing every where! It keeps ice longer than most and has a ring tho at flips up for easier carrier if your hands are full. Leak proof and functional.
