Your teeth feel so clean
These are a must have if you are concerned about your health. Just visited the dentist who said I didn't have any tarter build up! That's never happened before. I made my partner get one and bought this twin set for my kids for Christmas so I can be sure their teeth are at their best. Buy one you won't regret it, your teeth feel so much cleaner!

Sonicare the only ones we will own
We have had Sonicare toothbrushes for years! Our current ones were finally in need of replacement after 10+ years. Saw these at Christmas and decided to upgrade and I am so glad we did. The charging ability is functional and flexible. They are easy to use and travel with. We won't use anything other than Sonicare. Excellent cleaning and whitening ability.

Good when works but not reliable/durable. Keeps breaking.
Dreadful customer service and toothbrushes do not last. I noticed other customers have left similar reviews about their toothbrushes only lasting 6 months.I Bought a sonic toothbrush for £149.99 in 2022 expecting it to last. Both my husband and I have had to keep sending both our toothbrushes back. They replace it only for it to break again. Ultimately, meaning the life of a toothbrush expectancy averages around 6 months. They will no longer replace my toothbrush because it is out of warranty. I do not feel this is fair. I changed from the average £50 oral b tooth brush, which lasted a long time. My husband bought the sonic Philips toothbrush, which was great when it worked, so I bought my own. After a short while my husbands broke and they replaced it. Then mine broke and it was replaced. This has gone on and on between both myself and husband since we purchased the toothbrushes. The whole rigmarole of contacting Philips, waiting for them to send the return label, posting back the broken device and having no electric toothbrush, and then waiting for a replacement brush, only to find it breaks again is just too much. They told me they will not send a new toothbrush because it is now out of warranty. However, this relates to the original purchase date, not on each toothbrush they have sent. Surely, if Philips are sending me a brand new item and it breaks, shouldn’t that have a new warranty? (if they were confident of their own product, they probably would). I do not expect to spend £149.99 on a tooth brush that last maximum of a year. I would get it if it was a one off but it is happening on each device. They will now offer me 30% discount on a new device. Thanks, but I will go to spotlight and purchase a similar toothbrush which has much better reviews and is cheaper. The whole experience of sending back and forth every 6 months or so is not what was expected.

Long-term Review (Maintenance Info, Tips for Longevity)
I've had mine since November of 2021 and it is still my current toothbrush, I've recently convinced my partner to get one as it has earned it's money and beyond! In the time of ownership I only had one failure and that's with the metal tip coming loose, which was a fairly recent development. The repair consisted of removing the enclosure, taking out the internals, and re-tightening a tiny screw that holds the tip to the rest of the electric motor (I have applied blue Loctite to the screw so that it won't come loose again) and applied silicone paste to edges on re-assembly for water tightness. The battery is still original, and it holds up to about 6-8 deep clean brushes, but I'm happy to repot that it is a serviceable item and can be replaced for a brand new one, which I am planning to do. I rarely get into a situation where I can't brush because the battery has run out, it has never been a problem. My previous Panasonic brush lasted for about 2 years as all the seals have perished and water leaked through to the internals. To avoid this happening on this one, I have always rinsed it from the tooth paste chemicals and dried it out with a towel after EVERY brushing since I purchased it. Happy to say that the seals are still like brand new and there was 0 evidence of leakage when I recently disassembled it.The app integration is awesome, the brushing modes are cool but I never used anything apart from the deep cleanse and normal cleanse. It's compatible with cheaper brush tips, you don't have to stick to the expensive ones supplied with this product. The protective travel case has an integrated USB charger which is super useful, but because the lid is hinged on one side and kept closed via a weak magnet on the other, the case tends to open up in the suitcase/bag, so I always secured it with a rubber band when travelling.I would wholeheartedly recommend!

Best toothbrush I ever had
We have been using this brand since 10yrs ago and as our toothbrushes needed full replacement ( after 5yrs) we decided to buy this same brand again as has improved so much our dental healthcare to the point we do not have any issues with tartar anymore. Definitely will continue to use these toothbrushes brand
