Amazing addition to my drink bar
I know it’s my house and not a professional setting, but there are only a few coffee machines that you can directly plumb and not have to constantly fill with water. This is a great one. Sleek design, used pod disused into a cache which only needs to be emptied periodically. Great product.

Nice unit, but Retail Customers Cannot Program It
The Keurig K3500 makes a good cup of coffee. It has great features and overall works well. However, its sleep mode is too aggressive. It goes to sleep after a few minutes of inactivity. This puts the display asleep as well. To wake it up, you have to touch and hold the screen until it wakes up. A simple touch does not wake the machine. You then have to wait for the internal tank to heat before coffee can be made or hot water dispensed. The warm-up process can take several minutes. It depends on how long the unit was in sleep/power-save mode. The default sleep timeout is incredibly frustrating.I know sleep timing can be changed in the manager or technician menus, but those sections have passcodes that are not documented in the maintenance manual. I have been looking for several weeks and I cannot find them anywhere online. The manual says contact the Commercial Reseller for the passcode, but the seller on Amazon had no idea what the passcodes are.It is possible the seller is not an authorized reseller; however, I can confirm that the unit I received was new in the box. It does not appear to be refurbished. My review based on the out of the box defaults is 3 star. This unit has a lot of features. I think it could easily be a 5 star maker...maybe even the best Keurig ever made, but to get it there it requires programming. We need to be able to change the coffee temperature, sleep timeout, auto start time, etc. Without the passcodes, the unit has limited functionality. If anyone reading this happens to know the passcodes please reply to this review. It will help all of us who own a K3500.

Love it
In our house remodel I wanted to make a coffee bar and this is perfect. This is hard plummed in so no more filling up a reservoir. We also have a reverse osmosis water filter system so coffee tastes fantastic. Is a little bit expensive but so worth it to not have to fill up tank. Definitely would get again.

Awesome
The coffee out of this is way better than the coffee out of the 150 models. Easier to connect to the water supply. All around amazing!

This machine has exceeded our high expectations
Posting primarily because the two other reviewers here (so far) have misled buyers by stating that settings are unavailable to buyers--that info is right here in the Q&A.The machine has no built-in time clock, and so doesn't auto-Off or auto-On, but since it has a rocker On/Off switch iin the back, one could easily place the power switch to On and then plug the unit into any ordinary timer to provide this function. We have this coffee maker in our vacation home where we frequently entertain guests, and it has been a pure delight to have them use it. That it auto-flips the previous user's K-cup into a hidden internal bin is a great improvement over "OK I've removed the old K-cup now what do I do with it" as before, so no dripping on the countertop or on-its-way to the waste basket. We've owned many Keurigs over the years, and while our other home has a Strong button which we like, this unit does as well but ALSO seems just to taste better. I don't know if that's wishful thinking on our part, but I don't think so, as Wife agrees. Maybe it has to do with either the internal SS reservoirs or perhaps the pump that pressurizes the K-cups is better. Just a guess.I have wondered about a "reuseable K-cup" for use with other coffees and hope someday to find that such a thing exists and works with this machine. It's expensive, and big and imposing, but in our coffee bar it is very impressive and I highly recommend this unit. Perhaps a Version Two of this design will appear with a Multistream option, which AFAICT would make even better coffee!
