Will this charge an iphone X?  If yes, fully charge or just enough juice to make emergency call?  Thank you.

My daughter is in the Peace Corp in Ethiopia, in a very remote area with no electricity.  While she does have solar cell charging screens, in the rainy season they are useless.  She lashes this hand cranked generator to a strong vertical post in her hut, and in 30 minutes of fast and moderately hard cranking, she charges up a large portable lithium battery pack, which she can then use to charge/run all of her electronics (small laptop, satellite phone, shortwave radio, standard cell phone, etc.).  This hand cranked generator is military grade, but as light and compact as they come.  It will directly charge a cell phone, but she found charging a lithium battery brick the size of a thick paper back is more versatile.  My daughter recommends this unit, for getting power for your electronics, when no other options are workable.

Can this charge a portable power station?

As long as the hand crank charger can match the voltage that the power station requires for charging, than yes. However, if the power station has very high milli amp hour rating batteries in it, (which it more than likely has) (10'000maH and up) you will be cranking very hard and for a very long time to fully charge it.

These chargers put out good amperage and charge fairly fast and great for small electronic devices compared to the cheaper ones, but if you are going to charge high capacity batteries (even power stations), you are in for a LOT OF WORK FOR A LONG TIME!

If you want to charge a power station without using home power, invest in usb solar chargers. (Good quality ones). May take a while but you wont break your arm and run out of gas trying to charge it.

Most power stations have very high capacity batteries and take long hours to charge (even with the best chargers).

Generators can put out a lot of resistance when moving a lot of power. It WILL give you a workout. Keep that in mind

can this charge a 12 volt deep cycle battery

I imagine it would be possible, but it might take a prohibitive amount of time and effort. The formula for charging time is amp hour rating divided by charging current or T=Ah/A. If my usage of the formula is correct, with the ~3A current of this hand crank generator it would take about 40 hours to charge a 120Ah deep cycle battery, theoretically. In the real world however, batteries often  experience energy loss of around 40% during charging so you might be cranking for even longer due to this inefficiency.

Does the led regulator operate more efficiently than the other regulator? is there any advantage other than the readout?

the regulator with the  LED screen shows the output voltage when you crank the handle .  the output voltage usually changes a little around the standard output voltage while working .  
the other type regulator has no this function.
