Its astonishing to see how very few ppl know abt this product. Its excellent to get your daily vit c from a natural source in a whole complex form. The pills are usually not so effective.The dose required is 2000mg to 5000mg for optimum health.Though the rda recommends 70 to 75 mg n usually "they" say exceeding 2000mg can cause kidney stones which actually has no proven research to back it up.N yes ofcourse stones...maybe if u r doing synthetic forms but definitely not with natural sources like these. The only complication u cud hav wid higher doses is diarrhea which if u experience is a sign that somewhere just below that is ur optimum range for vit c.Everyone these days is worried abt viruses killing everyone but very few worried about how to upgrade their immune systems.so I hope this info helps someone to take themselves one step closer towards their good health.

This was my third order of this Healthyhay Vitamin C Acerola Cherry Powder & it's been less than a week since the purchase & I started getting sick- breathlessness & abdominal swelling. I'm in my twenties- lean, fit & I mostly have a clean & healthy diet.I didn't realize it up until now that this powder's adulteration is what is causing my health issues. Today is the day, as i'm writing this review, that I found out that this product is impure & it has lots of reflective mirror-like tiny particles which I was able to see via my phone's flashlight & as proof I'm submitting a video & few pictures of the same.BUYER BEWARE!!!! I really want to think that I received a defective piece but I just cannot ignore the fact that a huge neutraceutical company like Healthyhay could send me such a piece which took a toll on my health & especially during COVID times when it's so important to eat healthy & keep your immunity stronger!!!

Overall a good potent source of vitamin C. Not synthetic so that’s a huge plus.Just remove fillers and reduce the price a bit or increase the servings per pack.

The product serves it's purpose, I have been given this to my dad, ever since he started it, his dust allergy has disappeared.Recommend it

I have been using it for past 2 months. Still more pack is left. I only take half teaspoon which I think is sufficient for me. I can feel the difference in overall health. Surely recommended for vitamin c seekers or for people who want to boost up immune system.

I was using Vitamin C 500 mg from a different brand. It was cheap but being synthetic it was too harsh on the stomach. Then I tried acerola cherry capsules from another brand. It did not cause any stomach issues but was not cost effective. Finally came across this brand that is in powder form. Have almost finished 1 pack and no stomach issues. It is also cost effective compared to other brands that sell acerola cherry in capsule form. I personally mix 2 mg in 250 ml water and have it after dinner. Gives a distinct bright red colour when mixed with water. Really like this natural form of vitamin c.

I love this pure form of vitamin C and enjoy the flavour. A great product and at a good price!
