I am obsessed with this little gadget. I have tried all things foam rollers, shiatsu rollers, massage tool contraption, and this is what works the best and so simple. I am in the car with it right now. Always travel with me especially if I am a passenger in car. You just lay your weight down into it on the ground and sink into it. Lock yourself in a room for a while and let go and let it do it’s thing. Loosesns muscles, gets some crunchy spots and stretches and relaxes. Slap on an led mask and you’re good to go.

Great quality and it hits the spots! I saw some of these in one of the clinics I work at, I wanted something to press into my lower back during long drives between clinics. Have been using it for about 6 months.WOW, this feels great. Firm (but not crushing), precise (the adjustable width is a bonus) and it’s portable. I'm really in love with these tools. I work at a computer desk most of the day so you can imagine the tension that builds up in the back near the shoulders, not to mention the low back. I do lots of stretches throughout the day and at night, I use what is known as a chi machine. I usually pair these peanuts with the undulation of the chi machine and I get an awesome back massage. Even if I do not use the chi machine, these lacrosse balls are amazing! I can move them up and down my spine and just move a little to the left and right and work out some kinks. A massage would be better but this is less expensive and part of my self care routine. If you are reading this and thinking of purchasing, try out a few tennis balls first. If you feel like you are getting results but need to go deeper, then these peanuts are for you! My sister didn't like them, because they were too hard for her, went too deep too fast, so I tried her on some tennis balls first and then worked up to the lacrosse peanuts. It worked out for both of us and now she's trying to steal them! No way! Get your own because I am in love with them and not willing to share all of the time. Maybe if she gives ME a back rub!
