THE EMAIL DELIVERY & INSTALLATION PROCESS: Amazon's delivery through email was almost spontaneous! The instructions were shared intuitively by Amazon and Norton. All in all, the installation process was seamlessly simple.THE SOFTWARE: The software is good.Norton detected 9 threats including 4 legit viruses n 2 Heuristic ones upon running the first full system scan post installation and got them resolved without any fuss.PERFORMANCE: The computer did slow down during the installation process but once installed the device gives a far better performance than it did with McAfee.PS: I had been using McAfee up until now which came pre installed with the device.I own an i3 8th gen laptop, mainly for office work and a bit of entertainment stuff.

I have been using Norton for over a decade and have not faced any difficulty or infection in this period, I swapped 3PCs and it always worked without a worry. I tested the firewall using Shields up and it retained the absolute score year after year, the seller delivered the keys within a few mins, and the good thing is that it is cheaper than the renewal program, go for it without hesitation.

I have been using Norton for many years and it has never let me down so far. Earlier Norton used to make the computer slow but that problem had been resolved long ago.The downside is that the VPN is not very consistent. It disconnects automatically and may not be able connect sometimes.

Well when i first bought it, I thought that its a really great product but when time went I got to know that you dont get vpn in indian servers, I would recommend to go for macafee Antivirus I tried its better.

The real time protection, antivirus protection & firewall services are bery good...But the VPN client is not so good, it can not unblock all blocked sites in India though other country-server is connected...Other Antivirus software brands like McAfee, Avast etc. gives multi-device support & integration simultaneously...But it has only 1 device license...Though it is Very OK for the single device....

They don’t have service in India still they are selling the product in Amazon india.I purchased but it’s not working in India. And seller refused for the refund, amazon service is getting down day to day.

I ordered for 1 year (Bonus 3 months) and received the key through email , with in no time. Thanks to the retailer. I purchased this for my Windows 10 (licensed version). But the installation process was not easy, though I have computer knowledge. On taking up with the retailer, with my issues for installation, he quickly , redirected me to Norton support teamMy experience with the Norton support team was wonderful. I never expected that. The entire session was through chat option. Since, the product could not be installed , due to some technical reasons, finally , with my permission, they took my laptop on remote , and finally installed it. It took , 3 hours in two sessions , to complete the job. As I was watching through the entire session, the team member has done the job, with perfection. Congratulations to Norton support team.There is every possibility, that others too may get the same situation , because of technical reasons , at either end. Please do not hesitate to take the help of the Norton support team, through chat, and they would definitely resolve all issues.I might have given 5 stars, had there been, a different experience, other than the above. But it deserves 5 star.
