Worth it
Well I’ve read others thoughts on this helmet. The speakers are treble kings but hey for the price I’m not complaining.. it is a lot quieter than my hjc full face . I ordered a small and it fits comfortable for what my hat size is I should of ran an xs but I watched plenty of videos and lots of research with the design running on the tight side so take that for what you will I’ve done mostly sub 40 degree riding and it does good I’m pleased with this helmet for the money 10/10 recommend

Great product
A family friend was in a severe motorcycle collision wearing this helmet. Officers at the scene stated that without this helmet our friend would not be here today. Highly recommend this helmet and are totally grateful for this product.

Used item/maybe a bad battery
This helmet came used but in new condition. The wait for the helmet is quite lengthy. The helmet definitely runs a size small. I ordered this white one for my wife. It has a dial or toggle switch with a button in the middle for controls. I also ordered a black one for myself that came used in new condition but with no paperwork nor owners manual. The black helmet has operating buttons. The battery in the white helmet was uncharged immediately out of the box. Once I figured that out, we recharged and tried to pair the helmets again without success. An electric voice warned that the battery in the white helmet was low about ten minutes later. Since one helmet is equipped with a dial or toggle controls and the other with buttons maybe there are special instructions involved.I will attempt to recharge the battery again and attempt to pair them once more. A recharging cable is included but no plug in. It requires a 5 volt plug in only. You will need to search far and wide for one in Alaska but we managed. One of two things are about to happen. I’ll figure it out or call for support. If Sena support will assist me, I will try to work with them but waiting until the end of Alaska’s short riding season for an exchange or new battery isn’t in the cards. I will review the black helmet, too.We have found contacting Sena support to be nearly impossible. They do not answer inquiries and the wait on the phone doesn’t get us any help. We have studied YouTube videos and used up more of our personal time with zero input from Sena that we’ve decided to quit and are returning the helmets.

Least comfortable helmet I own
Thought it would be nice to have a helmet with fully integrated electronics and the price was right, so I gave it a shot. The electronics are fine. They're not super amazing but it's a $200 helmet, so I wasn't expecting awesome sound quality, but it worked fine and I didn't have any issues with volume or pairing to my phone or to other people's intercoms. The helmet itself though...my god, it's uncomfortable. I have numerous other helmets and made sure to check their size chart to make sure they didn't use some weird sizing or anything, but this is just plain uncomfortable. I use it around town because I'm cheap and don't want to feel like I wasted money, but if I'd been able to wear this on a longer ride before purchase, I would have passed on buying it.
