Not very comfortable to sleep with, but you will get used to it. Definitely helps keep the fingers secured.

I have to wear a splint brace at night for 6 months following contracture surgery. This is easy to put on, is comfortable and easy to sleep with while keeping my fingers straight. Much better than the half cast from the Dr which was hard to strap on.

Very comfortable! I love that the hand and wrist section are a wrap and not a sleeve, so no matter your wrist size, it'll fit. The metal is bendable, so you can shape it to whatever position you need. Metal is also removable, so you can wash the splint. My only complaint is the velcro on the finger section was weak, but I wrapped a little Coban tape around it and it took care of the problem. I'm very impressed!

I originally ordered a small as I’m a woman with average hands. It worked and was well made but allowed my wrist to flex too much. I ordered the large and it’s perfect. My ortho said a stiffer wrist would be better for my trigger finger. She was right.Very comfy and excellently made

Quite big. I have pretty small hands and it is too big for my index and middle finger. Has helped with finger trigger being stuck and hurting in the morning. I sleep with it on. Easy to put on and take off.

I have used it only one night so far but I think it will help my hands. My hand was not comfortable last night, but this morning my fingers were straight for the first time in years. By the way, I bought a large and I don't feel it is too large.

What was most important for me was finding a brace that offered both a wrist and finger support. Although it does brace the fingers, the wrist support is not nearly long enough to mobilize my wrist. The photo shows the brace extending far below the wrist, but mine barely went past my wrist, offering NO support at all. I measured my hand as per the instructions prior to ordering.

This product is superior to others I've tried to help with a mild case of DePuytren's contracture as well as keeping a slightly bent finger as straight as possible. The velcro is sturdy and very effective, unlike another splint I tried, which has a loose velcro bond. I ordered a second splint because my cat took the original splint and moved it away from where I usually keep it. . . it is such a great item that I didn't want to be without it.

The thumb hole is to small and the sticky on the velcro lost it's sticky after 2 days and the material it is made from is very itchy

Great item, did the job, but in the end my husband need and operation to repair the tendons.
