Good book covers the basics of cognitive behavioral therapy
Gives good descriptions towards understanding the foundations and approaches to cognitive behavioral therapy and provides practical things to try towards inner healing and happiness ... a very easy read. One size doesn't fit all, but there are things you can think about and try to add to your inner journey.

Great book for beginners. Not extremely in depth.
Great book. Breaks down cbt well without a lot of unnecessary rambling. However if you're looking for extremely in depth cbt this is not your book. It's basically a short and quick break down of CBT. I do recommend to beginners or someone just wanting to improve their mental health.

Easy to use guidelines to apply CBT in your daily life
"How to fall out of love" was my first contact with CBT, and it was very helpful to let go a romantic relationship that turned south and very sour. Since then I was looking for a broader use of CBT for other areas of my life in need of change. The author provides with simple, easy and yet extremely powerful tools and techniques to overcome many mental issues like procrastination, addiction and others.

Introduction level
If you know nothing about CBT, this is a good reference to get you started. It is not an in depth manual and has limited guidance and direction. A good starting point for anyone who wants to understand some basics of how it works and the reasoning behind it.

Very helpful
This book is very helpful in realizing what causes worries, go to it's roots and fix them. I wish I read this book before.

CBT explained and presented in an easy to digest and actionable format!
I heard about CBT for years and chalked it up to having to find a specific therapist with outworldly years of experience for it to really have an impact on me. I bought this book during a time period where I took off work specifically to re-center myself and prioritize my mental health and I can honestly say it was life changing. I for one, am not someone to sit myself down and read but after the first chapter I looked forward to reading every day and doing the exercises throughout the book. Words without actions are just those, words, this book is designed so that you actually put into practice the things, thoughts and processes that will lead to experiencing life differently. Highly recommend this book.
