Bought as present but I don't think it looks anything like it did on pictures

Bought for a 5 year Austic child with pica (eats everything) .On opening the tambourine the pin that holds the discs fell out .The child was holding the pin in her hand ,fortunately as she was supervised it was taken away straight away .This could of been a different story if she had eaten it .Very disappointed as it was labeled as a sensory toy which I thought would of been ideal . On looking at the tambourine all the pins are just secured by being a tight fit .The purchase price was £9.99 which I thought was a fair price for a toy that was a sensory toy that lights up .Unfortunately looking at the product I don't think it's worth that amount.I'm returning the product.
