The instructions are woefully poor. I think customers are having problems because you need to know what you are doing to get satisfactory results. By trial and error and contacting the manufacturer I have compiled some user note that you will find helpful.NOTES:So to summarise,1) To charge portable charger, PD3 mains charger USB-C connected to portable charger USB-C IN/OUT1, green letters ‘PD’ should show in little screen.2) May I recommend PD3 mains charger, https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0CCY1SP6F/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=13) To charge device from portable charger, connect USB-A Blue OUT2 on portable charger to a USB-C port on device. If the device incorporates fast charge, green letters ‘PD’ will show in the little screen.NOTES:Do not charge the portable charger from a USB-A port on the mains power source, the later and the USB connection get very hot, and ‘PD’ does not show in the little screen. Note: I believe the ‘PD’ shows if a system of temperature and charging rate is monitored and controlled. Connecting and charging as item 1), temperature increases are mild.I’ve charged a device (DAB radio) from the portable charger that does not use fast charge, so ‘PD’ did not show in the little screen. But the device still charged in a satisfactory time and high temperatures did not occur.

Very useful for travelling! I got to fully charge my iPhone from it a good few times before I found a plug socket. An essential for long journeys or sightseeing days when you’re using your phone a lot. Good quality. Sleek design. Charges up quickly.

I cant review it properly as i have not used this one yet. I bought to powere my camera but set up for video. I have a Canon R8 and it has poor battery life , this just plugs directly into the camera. So for longer shots will be usefull, but havent needed it yet. It was a compromise of power, size, weight, price

Can't go wrong at the price

It worked for about a month. Charge lasted well. Then it broke and just won’t work. So annoying because it wasn’t the cheapest one.

This power bank is very light, fits into my bag nicely and keeps my phone battery topped up. Very easy to use.Seems good quality and value for money.

Very good. HAd 3 or 4 of these now. We barely use plug sockets in our house, having these knocking around makes life much easier. We all use them. Brilliant. Charges my phone easily.
