I am totally addicted to matcha tea and this kit really relaxes me ... the whole zen of it all. I wisk it in the bowl and then add a little almond or oat milk and maple syrup ... mix and I drink it right from the bowl. Super easy to clean (bowl is dishwasher safe), the bowl is a good size so it's easy to wisk without splashing all over the place and also to add other ingredients. Wisk is easy to use and clean and place on the little drying stand. It's a very nice set and I like the color.

I have this on display at work and I also use it occasionally. It is a beautiful set with all necessary components for making matcha tea. I haven’t perfected the stirring yet but will in time. I recommend high quality ceremonial matcha. Honor the beauty with good quality tea.

This is a gorgeous high quality tea set that I gifted to a second grade teacher who loves teaching her social studies unit on Japan. She loves it and can't wait to use it!

Great matcha startup kit with everything I need as a beginning matcha person. Everything feels very sturdy and of high quality-- The only thing is that I wish the Chawan (the bowl) has a spout for ease of pouring the match. However, I haven't found that it has created too much of a mess. Would still recommend unless the detail of the bowl really matters to you

I wasn't quite sure about this kit given the relatively low price, but it has exceeded my expectations!I've just started drinking matcha and have been mixing my matcha with a metal whisk (I know, I know...). That's why I bought this kit with the bamboo whisk, and I'm surprised that it actually really does make a huge difference in how the matcha dissolves/mixes. Not a ton more frothy bubbles using the bamboo whisk vs the random metal whisk in my drawer, but the matcha is more evenly mixed and also mixes quicker.I thought maybe buying a bamboo whisk made in China won't be as good as one made in Japan, but for the novice like me not partaking in a true tea ceremony, I didn't think it would be that big of a deal. And honestly, it seems fine.The earthenware is of really great quality. The whisk drying stand is well made with perfect glaze, and the bowl is a lot prettier in person and of good quality. The inclusion of the drying stand is what made me buy this kit versus others since I didn't want my whisk drying in weird shapes or getting moldy from not drying and storing it properly.The tea towel and the little duck spoon rest is cute. A nice little bonus and not something I particularly needed, but oh well.Everything was well packed, nothing arrived broken, and even if it did, there were instructions included on how to submit a warranty claim and get a replacement sent to you ASAP.

Lovely blue color and nice to have all you need to make Matcha. This is my first tea set for matcha and I am not disappointed. I do wish the bowl had a little type of spout so that it was easier to pour into a mug.

I was so excited unboxing everything! It all came packaged so well and I loved each of the items in the set! I think the little scoop holding duck is a cute little addition. The whole set was great for my first round of matcha making, however, the second time I used the set, the bamboo whisk broke! (See images) I used the whisk as directed and also was certain to soak it prior to use… however I suppose the quality wasn’t the best. The rest of the set is still good though.Also, do not accidentally put the tea towel into the dryer… it’ll shrink, but is still very usable
