Works as Kalita 185 replacement
Works as replacement for Kalita 185 filters. I do perform a small rinse pour prior to adding coffee. Coffee tastes great. Yes, slightly flimsier than the Kalita filters but not so much as to create any issues

Fits perfectly, nice heavy weight material
Perfect fit for my pour over blue bottle coffee although I did find them less expensive on the BB website so in the future I will be ordering from them directly.

Can sub for Kalita Wave
Got these because the Kalita Wave filters for my OXO machine were out of stock and my dog ate what I had left.Anyway, these work perfectly in place of Kalita.

Great stand-in for Kalita Wave 185 filter
Tried these out as a temporary replacement for Kalita Wave 185 filters since prices are quite high at the moment. Despite what I saw in another review/answer, they work just fine. They fit pretty much perfectly and they hold their structure just the same. I figure if I'm going to pay $20 for 100 filters anyway, I may as well use the earth-friendly bamboo ones.My one note would be that you should ignore their claim of "you don't need to do a rinse pour." I tried it just in case and the water smelled of paper.

Can be used in a Kalita Wave Pourover
I had always used Kalita 185 filters for my Kalita pour over but those were nowhere to be found. I found these as a replacement and they are fantastic!! I don’t like the packaging though. It comes in a box and a bag. The bag is useless once opened and the box is too big to store it in my cabinet. All in all though I like those filers!

Love Blue Bottle, and these make great pour over (but are a waste for machines).
If you do the pour over thing, these are great. They don't really have any taste and you don't need to waste time and water pouring hot water into an empty filter to get the taste of paper out. I was surprised how much these upped my game.If you like pour over, you gotta try them.If you're going to put them in a Mr. Coffee machine or something similar don't waste your money.

Not suitable for pour over at all
These DO NOT work as a replacement filter for a Kalita Wave brewer. I saw several reviews say they would work, but I tried and the water just sat in the Kalita and did not drain at all. Save your time and buy a better filter. They are incredibly flimsy as well and lose their shape immediately.
