These are great little scissors. They work well for cutting fabric on my cutting table. I especially like them for cutting my embroidery thread to pull it through the machine for thread changes. They cut first time every time even when the thread is not taught. They come in handy in tight places. They are labeled shears/seam ripper. I have used them to to open a seam once I get a couple of threads ripped. Just be careful with your fabric. They are sharp. Just as nice as the regular size. Sharp and useful shape . Feels comfortable in hands.

I have a pair of these scissors. I was replacing them, but this pair I received is pretty dull already.

I was really excited for a 2-in-1 tool and have no complaints for my other Fiskar products. The slide lever broke on first use. The pin snapped off easily like those little plastic model peices you have to pop out of a plastic frame. As for the tabletop, ergonomic design, I probably should have ordered a larger length as I am primarily using these while seated.I designed a 3d print of the broken peice and posted to thingiverse as "sewing scissor lever". This is my second pair in my craft/ sew room!My go to favorite pair, next to my machine & embroidery machine as well.Small enough for small spots and sharp enough for quick snip of thread or fabric!
