Health Source is a great Amazon vendor!
Although the insoles do not appear to be cushioned enough, in practice they seem to make it right by the support given to the entire foot area, and no cushioning issues have been an issue since trying them. My feet feel fully supported (and I am a big guy, over 300 pounds), and I am pretty sure that in time, my muscles will become used to the different support, and will benefit from the mechanics of this insole. It is one of the first that I've tried that felt comfortable from the start, and no doubt that is from the total foot and arch support given with these.I once had high arches, but with time and age, I believe the arches and muscles have relaxed, and I experienced some Plantar Fasciitis not long ago from my lack of exercise. These insoles seem to help support my feet, and I have not had that feeling with many insoles since trying many over a short period of time. Get these first, and go from there, if they do not work for you. They are reasonably priced, and Health Source on Amazon is one amazing Seller-they stand behind Amazon, and go out of their way to keep a customer satisfied with their service. There are none better in my long internet shopping experience, and that includes and surpasses ordering from Amazon alone.Health Source is the real deal, and they really want you to be happy with your purchases. It is a rare thing to find on the internet these days, so give them your business to show support for someone who genuinely cares about your satisfaction, way beyond what Amazon will do for you in 30 days. I am a believer now, and will not forget the great service I experienced with their customer service and support by Health Source. Nice to know there are still companies that go out of their way to please their customers. Even more so than Amazon!

great support
I bought these to put in my slippers for added support since there isn't any support at all in my slippers. These were easy to cut to size and molded to my arch perfectly. I have had planter fasciitis in the past so it is nice not to have to wear shoes or sneakers through out the house.I wear these with bare feet and they are comfortable.

great value for the performance
these are great for the cost. they are a bit hard & take some getting used to, but i need the rigid support. these trimmed up easily & then fit the shoe nicely. they take some getting used to, but overall are very good for flat feet. will be purchasing more soon.

Terrible... worthless inserts.
I'll start by explaining I have jacked up feet... non-union fractures in both feet, large heel spurs in both feet, and abnormally large tendons in both feet according to the ortho surgeon. Not a day goes by without pain, the degree of which is the only thing that changes. If you're someone who doesn't spend a whole lot of time on your feet, this review probably isn't for you. I'm in the Army, and need to be able to run fast, long, and often... many of my peers suffer from similar issues as I... this review is directed more towards you.Ok, so I usually where the Powerstep inserts... I have many of their different models, all of which are awesome... this purchase was an item to find cheaper, but compatible, inserts. The envelop inserts are certainly cheaper, but absolutely NOT comparable. I was reading an article rating the top inserts for folks with plantar fasciitis... these were ranked number one... whoever wrote that article must have been smoking something, or getting a check from envelop.I put them in my asics cumulus 17 shoes, ran... about 100 feet.... and immediately stopped. I turned around, walked back to the house, took these out and put my Powerstep inserts back in.Material: weak sauce! Whatever they used provides no resistance... NONE! I had a more difficult time folding cardboard in half than these... I mean, I accidentally fold these in half (lengthwise) while getting them in my shoe.Feel: didn't even know they were there in a very bad way. These things were described as being perfect for feet like mine... my feet need real support.. the Powerstep inserts aren't always the most comfortable, but they PRTOTECT my feet and limit the pain I experience while running, rucking, or walking... after years of using them, the envelope inserts felt like they weren't in my shoes... take a pair of shoes, take out whatever inserts are in them so you see the bare sole of the shoe... put your feet in them now... and that's how these feel.Garbage... will be returning.

terrific and my foot is pain free!
i have a lot of foot issues primarily in one foot - plantar fascitis/morton's neuroma/flat feet (with much pain) - have tried numerous orthotics including soft ones, hard plastic ones and those by podiatrists as well as all sorts of ball of the feet inserts - i looked at these orthotics and thought oh, well, here we go again but to my surprise my foot is doing so well with these orthotics i was able to walk 2 miles and then 3 miles the following day and 2 miles the day after that with nothing more than a wee bit of discomfort - the discomfort, not pain, went away after a few minutes and no pain at night - i haven't been able to walk these kinds of distances back to back in years - the arch is a little bit too high in my non pained foot but it's getting used to it - i just ordered another pair in a size smaller to see if a mix and match approach would work better - regardless i will be ordering this orthotic again for several pairs of shoes so i don't have to keep changing them out - for the pain relief alone these are well worth it at such a reasonable price

Not good for flat feet if you’re heavy
I’m sure that for the majority of people these insoles are perfectly fine. If you are overweight with flat feet and are on your feet all day at work, these will not provide sufficient support. These were purchased to save money and skip corners but after a trip to the podiatrist and cortisone shots in my feet, I decided to just get a pair of Brooks Adrenaline 22s for work instead of paying $400 for custom insoles. Threw these away and got powerstep pennicle maxx for other shoes. But again, you get what you pay for.
