I bought this to replace the junk chain on a tripod pot hanger (hook and chain) I bought on here a few months ago for camping. This is longer, so it is much more functional, and the welding is done very well. This thing seems to be bomb proof; I bought the thinnest one, so I can only assume that the thicker gauges are just as well done and even more strong. Highly recommended
