Not water proof
Not water tight, I would not install in an area that gets wet. Lasted 2 months and had to remove due to the rain getting the LED strip wet.

MOISTURE BUILD UP
The media could not be loaded. I had put the light in myself on 6/14 and they lasted all the way to 6/18. Moisture built up in the lights and now less than half of the light work.

Luv it on my 2003 Chevy Suburban
Looks good on my truck i didn’t give 5 stars because it’s not waterproof. Other than that i luv it but i gotta buy another one

Nice cool but short lived
after 6 months the unit began erratic activity. It began turning itself on, changing color patterns, etc. Changing color patterns is dangerous as the wrong colors would result in a traffic stop. for $30 it's a fun toy. I have disconnected it until I get a new controller.
