Expensive but very nice .Bottom is open basically - I bought some plant pot base mesh to hold the compost in.

100% recommended
I have purchased two of these. (Got a second as I liked the first so much). Yes you have to line them before you can use them but that's normal. Both mine arrived in perfectly condition, and nicely made. 100% recommended.

Nice sized planter
Nice sized planter, good depth and width. Well made for the price. Does need some form of liner or compost will fall out, I find empty compost bags do the job. Have ordered 2 more. The 2 more more ordered despatched, not despatched, due for delivery, then not due for delivery, then due for delivery again and if not delivered by 19th come back for refund, wondering if they even exist.Changed rating, went back on 19th for refund, no response have tried again, informed come back on 23rd this is going to run and run ☹ 24/3 now going to contact courier to find out where it is, can I suggest LOST

Colourful trough
Really pleased with this it is just as the picture, planted and put outside. Just trying to persuade my hubby to buy another one for the back garden.

You get what you pay for
I noticed a few reviews mentioning defects, but with so many positive ones, I figured it was just the odd unlucky case.Unfortunately, mine also arrived damaged – the top slats are coming apart and slats on one side are splitting open. I’ll need to get some nails to try and fix it myself.I suppose this is a case of getting what you pay for. Also, it seems the protective paint was applied just before packaging – I opened the box hours ago and the smell of fresh paint is still lingering in the garden.
