Henry HE208030 Roof Cement, Classic Assorted

I needed to seal out some water leaks in the roof around the flashing. Worked out well. All that is needed is a putty knife and an opener. Very easy to use.

Good product works as it should

The picture suggest a gallon can, which is the standard container for this product. It was priced at 80% of locally available products so I thought it was a good deal - until it arrived as a quart instead of a gallon. So the price, rather than being 80% ol locally available product, was nearly 400% of the price of locally available product. REALLY BAD LISTING!!!!

Used this with Henry web tape to fix a very poorly vent on my newish mobile home. I used a paint stir stick as a disposable putty knife. Roof now sealed and was a quick fix. End of roof leak.

Buyer beware. Wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. Paid for a gallon size and this is only a quart, overpriced for the size.

So if you need just a bit for a few small holes in your flashing, this works great. But if you need more or have bigger holes just get bigger cans. This is a small can. Used it all up for a few small holes. No leaks so far. Price was a bit high for size. Ease of use was great though. Just sticky enough to apply easily. Took a bit to dry in this cold weather.

Excellent product for repairing cracks in your roof.

When I bought it I was thinking it was white like snow seal but it's not, it's black. It works great but I needed it atop my rear window & would have prefered white so it doesn't show. but this worked & really doesn't show too bad. Kept the rain out & that's what I needed. Have enough left to do the roof vents too. Works great & I'm just guessing but it seems to dry hard enough to paint over. Will probably do that.
