Camco 41028 Pro-Strength Awning Cleaner - 1 Gallon

This is the first time I’ve cleaned the awning on our camper after we purchased it in 2020. It took off 90% of the staining. One more cleaning will remove the rest of the stains. What a great product.

There are a lot of reasons for not having a clean awning. Leaving the campground while the awning is wet is the usual problem for us. We are lucky to be able to store our trailer next to our house. But our neighbor's house is so close that we can't open the awning without hitting our neighbor's bushes. That means we have to pull the trailer out into the driveway (taking up space) and open the awning over our neighbor's yard. So, cleaning isn't done as often as we would like.That said, this product really cleaned out dirty, stained awning. I used the 4 ounces to 1 gallon mixture recommended and I used a car washing soft brush on an extendable pole. I cleaned relatively small sections at a time and rinsed thoroughly. Check out the photos for the results. Not perfect, but much better results than I have had with other products.The bottle says that you can use the cleaner at full strength on stubborn stains. I tried that. It didn't seem to do any better.I recommend this product for a relatively easy and effective way to clean your awning. We can hold our heads high at the campground with a nice clean awning.

I was surprised at the cleaning ability. As a first time user, I was impressed. My awning had 6 years of dirt and stains. I lowered my awning, sprayed the awning cleaner on the awning with a pump type garden sprayer. Used a soft bristle auto wash brush, to rub the cleaner in the canvas. I rinsed the surface with a pressure washer, at a lower pressure, so not damage the water resistant sealant. Some bug stains still remained but with a better,cleaner look.

We used this to clean the awning on our camper. It worked perfectly. It looks 100 times better than it did before. We will be ordering this again!

Work ok, you do need to scrub and scrub this is no magic cleaner you spray and rinse
