The folate is natural folate from whole Foods. Folic acid is the synthetic version. If there are subtypes of natural folate that's beyond me, sorry.

Great question! Both our mykind Organics Whole Food Gummy Prenatal and our mykind Organics Prenatal Once Daily Tablets have targeted ingredients to support mom and baby. One main difference between the two is that the Prenatal Once Daily Tablets include 18mg of Iron, while the Prenatal Gummies do not contain Iron. Regarding the formulas themselves, because one is a four Gummy serving and the other is a one Tablet serving, the weights (mg's and mcg's) will differ, so it may simply come down to personal preference. Q: Hello. what about third party potency testing? other brands seem to advertise that, but i do prefer your ingredients (vitamin rdis, that is).

Labdoor tested the raw prenatal vitamins they sell and they came out with a good score compared to other top quality brands. This leaves me to believe the ingredients are better than most brands as well as healthy for you and baby. Remember, it is a chewy so if you want more get the raw vitamin. Might make you choke but is slightly better with iron in it and has been tested for sure by a third party lab.
