Q: Anyone using this with Cerakote??

YES SIR, I purchased this gun exclusively for use with Cerakote H series bake finish. It is a great little gun and especially for the money. I think it is just as good as the Iwata at about 1/3 the price. BUT for pistols and small parts I prefer a Paasche air brush, be sure to get size 3 & size 5 needle/nozzles with the air brush for thicker paint. Also you want some extra "bottles" for the air brush to make color change overs quickly. The DeVilbiss works very well when doing a rifle but just puts out too much paint for me to do small parts or pistols. The DeVilbiss takes about twice as long to clean as the air brush as will. Use a squeeze "wash bottle" available on Amazon with acetone, very handy for cleanup without allowing the acetone to evaporate before you can use it. Good luck, Jim

Gun is 11 1/2 inches tall and about 5 1/2 inches front to back. Just a smaller more compact version of the regular devilbiss gravity feed gun.

Q: What is the smallest fan pattern at 6"?

I did not measure the smallest fan pattern at 6". I tried this gun several times and am not happy with it. first of all it is small and does not fit in the hand very well. so you sacrifice comfort while spraying. second this gun emits paint as soon as the trigger is depressed... other guns will have a 2 position trigger slight pull only throws air so you can easily adjust the pressure at the gun without wasting paint, this one doesn't have that. I had a hard time adjusting this gun to get a finish free of paint defects, runs mostly. I admit it was probably user error though. The components in the gun were all chinese made with a well known brand name. disappointing.

Q: How is this gun for clear small/thin narrow parts ? Like pens and pool cues ?

That is whay I use mine for. Touch ups and also smaller panels, I use low volume with a bit higher air pressure then normally and they come out perfect.
