Flimsy controls
The device that controls the length of time the door stays open is very flimsy and fell apart the first time I tried to carefully adjust it. I will try to return it. The other parts appear much better built. There is only a rudimentary schematic and connection diagram so it requires some guesses to connect the keypad to the power supply. The keypad is yard wired to the power supply so a determined thief could get in by prying the keypad off the wall and shorting two of the the wires that would be exposed.

Don't Buy - No product support.
Minimal instructions. Contacted seller for pin out diagram for the keypad and was informed the paperwork that came with the unit was all that was available.Paperwork doesn't show tamper function or information on the two relays.Keypad is useless without the tamper function as it can be removed and bypassed defeating the purpose of security.Proper documentation would have earned a positive rating.
