Q: How do i make them firm. Do they come with more filling?

No. They come with a small bag to use if you want to remove some filling, but I have found them to be pretty firm, at least firmer than I’ve ever used before.

I am hot all the time. Since I started using the pillow, I can't say that I stopped sweating all together but it isn't as bad. My husband loves the pillow.

This pillow is better for side sleepers. It is okay for stomach sleepers but not great because they are a little bit too high
