Great Lawnmower, even Greater Customer Service!
So I researched electric mowers for quite some time before landing on this one. It is a strong beast, and fo rut being so lightweight you wouldn't think so, but the blades truly are strong and get the job done! As a single Mom, I needed something so I wouldn't have to worry about gas, oiling parts, and all that jazz.... I have a small front yard and just tad bit bigger backyard. It was easy to setup, had a bit of a problem understanding how to attach the mulch box, but that was my misunderstanding. Pull up the grey latch box on top all the way up (I thought it would break off but it doesn't), and it will pop right on!And the only other thing was the battery 🪫 I charged it overnight to be sure it was fully charged & ready to go. It had 4 bars and then only lasted 15 mins :( I was SUPER bummed. Charged it again for 5 hours, back to 4 bars and lasted 16 mins. I immediately reached out to customer service and received a response quickly from Rebecca. After answering a few questions, they offered to send me a free battery and I am super happy with the outcome! I love the lawnmower and I'm excited to get my lawn finished. It cuts beautifully too!!!I highly recommend this mower and their customer service is great 😊

Used this 3 times and it just stopped working.
Update: I used this mower a total of 3 times and now it won't start. The first battery was pretty bad so the seller sent me a new one to make up for it, which was super great. However, when I got the battery and decided to use it, about 10 minutes in the mower stopped working. I assumed I had another crappy battery and I switched it out for the other one, double checking with the lights that it was fully charged. The mower now won't start up at all, full battery or not. It sounds like it tries to start but then gives up. I can't use this mower for anything anymore and it is now a complete waste of money. Was great for the 2 uses I got it of it. I just wish it worked.Lightweight, easy to use, and cuts wonderfully! Feels like a toy but works 💪 Defintiely worth it, especially with gas prices being about $6/gallon right now.

Better get 3 year protection / needs extra battery (batteries)
When I first received this product (in September 2022) it arrived missing a *fundamentally important* screw (that held the left handle bar intact) but I had an identical type screw on an older (defunct) mower (utterly different make and model) and it worked perfectly until the seller sent the missing screw. (Good job by the seller!)The two smaller screws that attach the handles to the base unit are liable to fall out without notice. Better to just get some 1½" screws to replace them with, as the chances of getting them replaced at a later date are otherwise non-existent.The *battery* only lasts 20 minutes and takes *FOUR HOURS* to recharge. Best to get a second battery, but even then, you'll likely only mow ½ the yard (like the front *or* rear) per day, but that does help keep the individual from overdoing outdoor labor in the hot sun 👍✔😎Finally, it is perhaps a good idea to get the 3 year protection. My purchase (from 7/22) just flat-out *died* on me two days ago (4/24) and there's no engineering diagram with which to disassemble and fault check for a loose wire.Other than that, it's so much fun and so easy to use, I nearly considered voting for a Chinese democrat! Speaking of which, it's roughly $40 more from back in 2022 (thank you, Biden!)

Lightweight, yet powerful!
So far I am very satisfied with this lawn mower. I was struggling with a hand me down gas powered mower. My old gas mower was very heavy and difficult to navigate. Plus the steps to get it started and keep it running were frustrating. I decided to give this Swift mower a try because I had heard good things about the battery. The mower was simple to put together. It feels very sturdy once assembled. Adjustments were rather easy to learn and make. I like that I have 5 cut heights to choose from. Due to its lightweight feel, it pushes easily and is easy to navigate my yard. The lightweight feel does not seem to compromise this mower’s power though! It cuts evenly and left those beautiful lines to admire to prove a job well done. The battery life seems great so far, I have a large grassy backyard and decent size lawn in front as well and I was able to complete it all without running out of battery life. The grass collection bin is a good size and produces a nice mulch mix to apply back on my lawn for nutrients to help it thrive. I am happy with this lawn mower!

Fragile components
Cheap fragile wheels: they look like kids toys and were broken in the boxAmazon wouldn't replace a wheel only, had to return.Pros: light weight, compact, low priceCons: all parts are cheap material, probably not a durable tool, handle is loose. They went too far in the cost cutting.

Worked well, but now falling apart
This was lightweight and easy to assemble. I charged the battery and started the mower with no problem. However, it only seems to cut well-manicured grass, not the weed-fest that is my yard. I'm disappointed that it just doesn't get the job done.Update: I charged the battery and lowered the cutting deck, and it worked better. I have to mow in sections because the battery doesn't last long enough to cut the whole yard. However, I mowed over sticks and leaves and had no problems. Overall, this mower works better than I expected.July 2023 update: All the screws have worked themselves loose, handle fell off, etc. Now the shaft that holds the blade is loose. Mower turns on and then goes BAM and stops. I don't know how to fix it, but I will try. I wanted a battery-powered mower because I have had bad luck with gas mowers; they don't last more than a year. Now the battery mower is essentially dead after a year and a half. I have been searching the internet for repair info, but there isn't much out there that applies to a battery mower.
