Solved my Issue
The switch on my high speed Lasko fan was starting to fail so i took apart the switch housing and began my search for a replacement. The amperage doesn't quite match the old switch. But it hasn't seemed to affect the fan much. So I’m going to call this a win. The switch works well, and hasn't failed yet, and if it does I have a spare. I would recommend buying these if you need a replacement.

Fixed a fan
My Vornado table fan switch died. While this switch is a bit smaller and not as sturdy feeling, it does work on 2 of the 3 speeds. No instructions, so maybe I didn't hook it up correctly. I wouldn't recommend it if children operate it as it doesn't feel sturdy. It did save me from tossing a great fan in the trash. A new Vornado is almost $100.

Do not buy these to replace heater switches that stop working.
I bought this switch to replace one in my heater, ( I am a licensed electrician ). I took the unit apart and saw that the wiring was way to small ( # 18 gauge ). I put in the new switch and used heavier wire ( # 12 gauge ). It worked for about two weeks and it sparked out. I took the unit apart again and found that this new switch was fried. I know that by doing this I voided my warranty. That does not matter to me. I needed to see if this heater and these switches were up to code. They are not. These switches used in these heaters along with the internal wiring are to light for the amount of current passing through them. They are a fire hazard.

Good switch for the price.
I needed to replace the heat selector switch in a quartz tube tower heater. Found this two switch deal and ordered it. It seems to be a solid switch, although I had to mount it in a different location due to its form factor. It does work fine so far.
