Independently published Make Your Own Sourdough Starter: Capture and Harness the Wild Yeast

this was my first entree into sourdough making. the book was valuable to give me an overall idea of what happens with sourdough. i found a lot of this information on line. but i don't like cooking while reading off my laptop. nice book for the shelf.

Needs to be studied before using, however it is a very good book to help with making Sourdough.

Disliked nothing this is a great flawless workable product,plus delivered on spec.
