Just what the lawn doctor ordered
I have not done much small engine repair, but based on alot of reading and trouble shooting it looked like this might be the cause of my problems. I carefully removed the old starter noting placement of every wire and screw. This unit fit perfectly. Fired it up and voila, took right off. About a 1 he job total to remove and replace. Saved a ton of money from having my mower picked up and transported to a shop.
