My inflammation levels have gone down taking this supplement but I have not really had total relief for my shoulder pain like I was hoping. I have tried other supplements like that plus CBD Hemp oil and the same thing as far as pain relief goes. I still am planning to continue taking this supplement due to other benefits of using it and the cost is reasonable and is no different from the more expensive brands.

The product showed up exactly as described on site 👍. I work a lot of hours in the warehouse so it was nice to take this supplement and have less ache than usual which is attributed to its joint and muscle support. I did also notice a little more clarity and calmness, which is great for running a sometimes chaotic work operation 😂😂😂.The price point is very fair for the job it doesAnd it offers some relief to bones and joints without taking aspirins and aleeve all day which can be brutal on your gut and liver.I’ll be getting more soon :)👍👍👍👍👍👍

I just started taking these a couple days ago, so it'll be a few weeks before I'm able to notice any benefit from them (if any). However, what I can tell you at this time is that these capsules are HUGE. They're 15/16" in length and 3/8" in diameter. If you have trouble swallowing pills like I do, you might want to take that into consideration. Also, a "serving size" is three capsules; you have to take THREE of these, once per day, with food. That's ridiculous (IMHO). Based on these criticisms, I know I'll be searching for an alternative... with the caveat that if I think they're actually working and helping my shoulder, then I might stick with them rather than risk moving to something potentially less effective. Time will tell.

I had been having an arthritis problem with my left foot for months. I had been renting a knee scooter to get around because I would go weeks without being able to put any weight on my foot. I knew that turmeric was good for pain and inflammation so I went in search of something that might help. I came across this that had Glucosamine and decided to give it a try.I bought one bottle and then stopped using it once that bottle ran out to see if it was just a coincidence that that the pain subsided when I started taking these. Within about 2 weeks of stopping them, I noticed the pain and inflammation starting to return in the part of my foot that hurt, which I had injured 30ish years ago when I was in middle school. I bought another bottle and haven't had any issues since.I have noticed that it doesn't really matter when I take them. I tend to take 2 per day, right at bed time and they seem to be effective. As long as the foot pain stays away, I will continue to take these because they do seem to be helping. They are also helping with some knee pain I was having too.
