I usually do this 1 to 2 times a week and after washing my face. .The most important thing I want to say, is: Do NOT use the large cup on your cheeks OR any loose skin! -...For some reason, I thought it would be better to use the large cup on my cheeks, maybe thinking that it would be faster at covering the surface area ...but that was the stupidest idea ever, because, literally,the larger opening just means that the device can suck up more of your skin - and, particularly, if you do this on a fleshy area (not, like, a wide, flat area), and/or ...if your skin isn't the tightest...The device SUCKED UP my cheek -AND, you're not able to urgently release the suction, nor to even instantly stop it ...trying to then break the suction,I... DRAGGED DOWN my cheek! ...My precious cheek :( - maybe for a young person, your skin could recover, but, for myself, I fear I caused PERMANENT SAGGING ...Like, I could cry :(...If you're going to try this machine, my advice to you is (as above, do NOT use the larger cup on any loose skin - MAYBE I would Try it on a flat, MUSCULAR area only, like my OUTER thigh - but, even then...)...Before ever touching the device to your skin, familiarize yourself with how to urgently turn off the device (I believe, long pressing the power button will turn it off) - because, stupid me, I pressed the power button again, thinking that would turn it off, but that only increased the power!And also learn how to BREAK THE SUCTION IMMEDIATELY! Ideally, have a Cotton Swab handy, and, try to get it under the edge of the cup, to break the vacuum! If you are desperate, use your fingernail, or anything you can, but try to be careful...All that said ...I only use the cups with smaller openings - which I thought would be too "targeted," but ironically, it's the big cup that caused harm!...And it did an okay job of cleaning my pores - I had to press, I feel, to get out more gunk, but it did okay...In the future, I'd like to upgrade - and maybe get a device with:cups that have softer edges,and a device that has a milder starting suction, an instant suction release,and an INSTANT OFF button...Also, as someone else mentioned, it does not come with filters ...so the sebum it sucks out, get inside the machine, and you can never clean it -stuff some cotton over the suction port, under the cap, to prevent dirt getting inside....

Easy to remove black heads

it made my face look like i had a bunch of hickies but nothing came out. A clay mask and retinol works better.
