Chalky, white liquid about the consistency of glue. No flavoring detected AT ALL. They've got a lot of nerve saying it is strawberry flavored. I can swallow it down OK followed by lots of water. Don't swallow it before eating as it ruins the taste of everything. I wait and take it after breakfast. Has to be refrigerated after opening. It seems to contain the calcium it says based on the chalkiness and the immediate rock hard constipation.

If you're having trouble getting in enough calcium, try this. It's liquid calcium citrate and it works very well. I've noticed a change and I'm getting better numbers in my blood draws.

My order arrived early and was accurate. When I opened the first bottle the inner seal wasn't intact and the product had spoiled, but I'm sure that was a manufacturing issue and not a reflection of the seller.This is the only brand of liquid Cal/Mag I'll buy because it doesn't make me want to gag and have a mouth feel of liquid chalk like most.
