This is an American book. Only for use in USA. There may be parts which are helpful with UK law, but in the majority refers to US Case Law and Statute.

I was on Amazon.co.Uk looking for property law books and this was one of the first that came up. I bought it but needed UK not US. I’m sure it’s fine for US people but wish it would have been clearer in title when purchasing as US law was not what I needed
