Good investment
Although it is very expensive for the length, the quality is good and easy to cut. Gives a more complete and modern look. It also helps block out light while also keeping shades nicely and straight.

Tips for cutting
I looked up how to cut PVC since most people said scissors were either extremely difficult or their scissor broke when cutting. So I used a mini electric circular saw and it cut through it very easily, though a little sloppy for a couple of them, but that was user error. I had my blade too close to the PVC when I started the saw up and it shattered a corner off. On another one I wasn’t confident if I was on the line, so the cut wavered a little. It’s very hard to cut something this small with my mini saw. So on the last one, I used a box cutter to trim the jagged piece off, and it worked really well. Definitely needed some pressure, and I went slow on the angled part of PVC and rocked the blade, and it cut it perfectly.TLDR: I would recommend using a box cutter. Yes my saw worked quickly, but it was difficult to see what I was doing and get it right.

They work
Work pretty darn well. Some light sneaks in but it does the job. Easy to install. Price is right. Definitely recommend.

Total fail, from instructions to damaging paint
We have blackout shades in our bedroom, but the sun still slips around on the edges, so I was very excited to find this as a potential solution.Unfortunately, this was a total fail from start to finish.- There are no instructions, so I had to rely on Amazon photos and reviews to guess where on the window frame to attach this (i.e. in front of the shade or behind it).- One of the pieces would not lay flat against the window frame and started started curling up on the end within seconds. When I pulled it up a bit to try again, it tore the paint off the wall.- Worst of all: It didn't actually block the light. If I was looking straight on at the window, it helped a little. If I stepped to either side just a few feet, I could still see the light creeping around it.I tried placing it in front of the shade AND behind. Maybe if your bed is directly across from the window, it would help — but if you're looking from an angle at all, it didn't help.

Works great and looks it too
Great product used the keep the light and preying eyes from outside our RV. It’s great to not have the light being in at 5am

Good, but not 100%
My window is 73inches wide and blackout window cellular shade is 72 inches wide. I was hopeful this would work to keep out all light— It’s close but there is still a stream on each side.I also have blackout curtains on the outside. For reference, they are about 6 inches past the window opening on each side.

Fantastic for kid room
We have these on every single window in every kids room. To eliminate the little gap of light that shines in. They are fantastic. Super easy to install. They are a little expensive but have been up for years so you get your moneys worth. If you have a baby that needs total darkness for sleep, these fit great.

These have worked perfectly for my uses at 2 different locations
These are exactly what I was looking for to block the gaps created by blinds that were cut too short at 2 different places I've lived. They are easy to cut with scissors and the adhesive works perfectly. The last set lasted years at my old place and the latest ones have worked perfectly. Nobody would know they are not original to the building.I'd definitely recommend these.
