Kotobukiya Mega Man X Plastic Model Kit, Multicolor

For what it is, I think this model kit did perfectly.It's X in his simplest form, can't really go wrong there. Holds his poses and looks great.However it should be noted that while the model comes in colored plastic and doesn't NEED to be painted, the promotional images for this and all the other MegaMan X model kits are FULLY painted, giving a FAR nicer appearance.Only complaint to be had here is the price, where as others are around $70 to $80, this feels more a $60.Personally recommend this version of X to have a consistent look among the other figures where the Premium Charge Shot version is the same thing with recolored effect parts and extra glossy shiny plastic.

I have a lot of fun making this figure. Really easy to assembly and it looks really great.

X's base design is kinda simple, so I'm not sure why this kit is so expensive other than licensing. Other than the price though, it's great. If this was around half the price I'd probably have bought multiple for customizing at this point.

I loved the way its exactly what you think , it’s my first model kit I’ve built thought it was going to be hard but as long as you go step by step it’s actually really easy .

The product was not in its original packaging and the instructions appeared to have been wet and then dried, causing the pages to stick at the bottom and rip when we opened then. Most importantly, the model kit was missing the three faces for the character, which are probably the most important parts. For such an expensive product, this was extremely disappointing. The product itself seems well made, so perhaps this is an issue with the storing/handling of the product in the warehouse as opposed to the design.

The product itself is great but the box it was shipped in... was the box for the actual model kit itself, the label was tapped to the front of (barely) so, be warned in case you don't want to risk your box coming in all messed up.
