Q: is bracket aluminium as well as fitting body

No it isn't. The bolts etc are stainless and good quality, but the bracket is pressed steel. I made my own in aluminium as I had some available. Seems a shame that the manufacturer supplies a steel bracket on an otherwise good quality light with good bolts. All you need to do is fix it on a wall with brass screws and you have a battery! ;)

Q: What amp fuse to use for a 10watt

The smallest fuse you can, probably 3 amp, but if you can get hold of 1 amp fuses they will be fine. A10 watt light uses hardly any amperage. The calculation comes from Amps = Watts / Volts therefore Amps = 10 watts / 240 Volts. So each light uses 0.4 Amps

Q: What wire guage will be compatible with the 10w version

If you are wiring from an existing lighting circuit you can use a1.0mm 6242Y PVC cable using a weatherproof joint box. If your cable run is exceptionally long you will need to increase the cable size but I think this will be unlikely. If you are using a cable and need a gauge size, use 16 or 18 gauge. Please note, which ever method you use you will need a 3 core cable because the LED fitting requires an earth connection.
