I did not have an accident or surgery, but as I age I find more difficulty to open jars. I am hoping that using these will give my better grip strength.

They are the right size for my small hands. I hope to strengthen my grip and reduce pain in my thumbs . It will take time but I’ve noticed a reduction in pain after exercise.

I purchased these because I am experiencing numbness and lack of mobility in my dominant hand due to carpal tunnel. These are great for my issues, relieving nerve pain . I like the 3 different firmness; soft, moderate and hard, this works great allowing me to keep the exercises consistent regardless of the hand’s weakness any given day. Also, I can use these anywhere with little distraction from any daily activity. I am pleased.

I researched a lot of options and thought this exercise ball kit was best in regard to price and what is offered. I was right. I have been using them for a couple of weeks now and have noticeable improvement in strengthening my hand after an injury. I am also going to use them ongoing because of my many hours technology use. I can see the benefits of using these balls to strengthen my hands. Highly recommend.

In one sense, my hands are overworked. Typing, gardening .... but in another sense I'm not sure how strong they are. So I'm still on the yellow ball. The first day I used it, I couldn't read my own handwriting. lol Yellow is the softest, the blue is more difficult and the black is hard. I'm not needing them for stress reduction, but I can see they'd be helpful with that. At least the yellow one would! :)

We didn’t think that there is much difference in the firmness.

I bought these for my sweet husband who is losing muscle strength in his hands. He uses these while he watches TV! So they are easy to use, inexpensive and they work!

Unable to truthfully rate as did not keep. Looked very nice and well made. I bought other items which did the same.Good luck.
