The product quality is not good as advertised. The hose is not reinforced and has damages .
The quality of the hose is sub- standard. It's flat ( not round ) in several spots, because it's not reinforced. (Hose in such reels shall be reinforced).The fitting in reel inlet is 3/4 inch ; but the fitting has a hose shank instead of thread.The bore of the hose is not 3/4 inch ; it's lesser.The nozzle at the end has very small bore .Here the hose is low pressure,low diameter and not reinforced enough to be used on a reel. When it is wound on the reel ,it becomes flat and difficult to put back into the reel.Flow reduces because the hose gets flat.Much higher pressures will be required to get flow through the hose and the nozzle.
