This is the second can. The first one came with the seal broken and I discarded it and the replacement arrived this morning. Made pasta for lunch and had a few piece of it in a garlic and olive oil mix. Excellent quality. The filet is firm and tasty. They are very big piece as far as anchovies go. I have anchovies a lot with pizza and also to make pasta sauce with anchovies - I call it a natural MSG. Anchovies, garlic, capers, chilli, and olive together makes a great strong tasting sauce.

Product delivered as promised. Container was in perfect shape and the anchovy filets were perfectly shaped and very tasty. will definitely buy them again

Remember to take out of refrigerator an hour or so before you need them. This allows the olive oil to come to room temp so you can pull out the fillets. They are whole and not too salty

I purchased this item a few months ago. Opened only last week. Unfortunately, I found anchovie fillets only on top. There was only PASTE consistency. So DISAPPOINTING. Would not buy again.

UNLIKE OTHER ANCHOVIES, THESE ARE PACKED IN EVOO AND THE QUALITY IS OUTSTANDING. HERE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! WITH OTHERS, NOT SO MUCH.

Not a fan of the can since it’s such h a large amount but the anchovies are nice. They are kind of beefy tasting and I look forward to using them for a VERY long time.
