Great belt! Holds a 45lb plate easily. Comfortable fit!

It is actually well made. I've put two plates on, had no issue. Chain for me is the right length and I'm on the short side of 6 feet tall. I can't tell you about the padding because I'm not a pansy. I use this to become ridiculous like Ronaldo or Serena. Get one if you agree.

For the price this belt was a great addition to my gym bag. The chain diameter is smaller with medium thickness, but a quick trip to the hardware store can remedy that if it’s bothersome. With heavy weights, this may cause an issue with the chain and carabiner provided. Stitching so far seems decent enough - we’ll have to see how it hold up over time.

All the dip belts come from China and are private labeled. This is a generic belt and it works great just like all the others including the big name brands.

Needed a weight belt. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on one; I decided this was good value for money. If you're built like Eddie Hall or Hafthor Bjornsson, this may be too small.Frankly, I was reluctant on getting this at first since reviewers noted they didn't get the chain. But I decided to take a chance. Quality isn't bad, all the attachment points are double cross stitched. I like that it's not padded so fits nicely in my already full gym bag & doesn't add too much weight.For now, I'll give it 3 stars since I've not had it for very long, but I'm satisfied with it.

The most weight ive put on the belt was 55 but so far its been good and has held up.
