Holds up well, best to puncture vaccine bottle with large needle then put into device

I used this for the first time yesterday, vaccinating replacement heifers in the line chute. It worked very well. When you get close to the end of a bottle of vaccine, be sure to hold the bottle upright to avoid sucking air into the syringe. And, yes, I'd buy it again. Might order another one before branding time.

It’s easy to use and your hand doesn’t get tired using it

We only have a small heard of 60. We use this to give our calves their first couple of vaccinations. It works great! It's small enough I can pop a lid on the needle and stick it in my pocket. As long as I remember to hold the tip down after I squeeze the trigger it'll refill perfectly when I release the trigger getting it ready for the next calf.

While I find it can take a bit to get the bottle snapped in place, I didn't have any problems with leakage as the other fella had. I used ours to administer virus shield to about 60 or 70 head so far and it works really well. Even with our wild cows, I find that I had fewer bent needles with this syringe. I guess its because of the alignment of the grip and needle. I plan to order another, just wonder why they went up 7$ in price.

was not impressed, I may be a great tool, went to work the calves, and put the vaccine on the syringe, and it did not go on the bottle correctly and started to leak all over, had to pull out the old syringe and use it,to be fair, after I was done I filled one of the old vaccine bottles with water, and tried again and it seem to work correctly that time,and it would pump and shoot the water through the syringe. may try it again ,
