I ordered the bulbs with the converter a month a go last day i mount them to the car tro the night come out to level them and one of the bulb stop working as usual i desight that it's bulb and order today put 3 new one and they didn't work see one of the bulb protection has burn so i open the regulator and found this...

Good quality item but either one of the bulbs or ballasts has failed already
Like I said, had loads in the past and never had a problem but this one failed quite quickly
