I have baked them. They came out good. I still prefer to fry them though. I am curious how they would come out if cooked in the air fryer. The annatto, yes. I hope this helps

My disc's were packaged in a box with Styrofoam and dry ice. After working a 12 hour day my disc's were still frozen. Hope this helps.
