These are beautiful chairs, just what we needed. We had an issue with parts initially but this seller responded immediately and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend this seller for their quality product and excellent customer service and response time.

We ordered 12 chairs, 6 orders of 2 and one set came in with duplicate sets of arms/legs for one side only. Basically I had 4 arm/legs for the left side and no right side arms/legs for 2 chairs. Contacted Oakmont about the situation of the parts being boxed up incorrectly by manufacture and sent them photos of the incorrect parts. They responded within 24 hours and then sent out additional arms for the missing side. Their communications was great and their service was Superior. Highly recommend them and will definitely have no hesitation about ordering products from them in the future.

set up for summer. started to rust in 3 months in north east region on several chairs. gets very hot in the sun and slight overcast too but I figured that. rust is leaving stains on the deck.

This table has changed my life for thr better! I sit outside and enjoy the birds and trees and fresh air. If I want to eat I can set my dish on it. The chairs are comfy. It was easy to put together as well! I did it in maybe an hour partially in the dark. It's sturdy and it looks good. Happy with this one.

When we received these they were scratches on the paint along with some rust already visible where the parts had rubbed together during shipping. Some of the screw holes were off and required a little twisting and manipulating the frame to get it put together properly. With all of that being said the chairs appear to be sturdy and hold up to use even after being left on the deck over the winter,

Attempted to put one of the chairs together today but was unable to as the holes for the screws are machined incorrectly. Some screws go in ok most do not. They give you an allen wrench one end has a small ball on it. This is what you use to tighten the screws. On first attempt to tighten the little ball stripped!!Inside package was an insert telling how the company appreciates it's customers with a number to call if there are problems. Oh good I thought let me call. Well voicemail box is full!!Googled both seller and company names trying to find a number. Nothing, zip zero presence on the 'net.So called Amazon was on hold for 10 minutes while she looked for seller info. Never came back to check if I was still there. Had to pick up granddaughter so hung up.So here I am with this stuff spread out in my garage with no one to contact. And no way to continue trying to put this set together.I will say the metal used in this set is not flimsy it has some weight to it. But no good if you can't put it together.All I wanted was to talk to the company and possibly have them send another set of arms. But since they obviously want to play ghost looks like it's all going back.Avoid this seller!!! They provide NO customer service!

This table and chair set is amazing! Perfect size for our not so large patio. Umbrella covers way more area than I thought it would. Charis are large and comfortable. We also got the counter height table for standing to have a drink when we have people over too. Cushions and umbrella stand bought separately. Customer service was amazing to work with when we had a delivery issue and rectified the problem IMMEDIATELY!

Beautiful, sturdy set. Easy to put together. I did receive 4 left arms in one set of the chairs. I reached out to company and they had a new set delivered the next day. They responded immediately and it was a quick and easy process!
