When you open the tin, it surprised me looking more like a shoe polish than anything else. But with an aching elbow from a fall off a ladder four months ago (when collecting the last of our apples) I knew I had to give this salve a go.Several uses later, I’m wondering why. Sadly, it did nothing for me. It rubbed in fine, with no greasiness, but I had no relief from the ache/pain that had existed for a few months in my elbow.While not being able to say it worked for me, I am concerned that even if it had, the almost £20 price tag seems a little high. Mind you if it had worked, I suspect I would have paid it!For me, only three stars. I will continue to try it. If I find it works, I will naturally update my review to reflect on that news.

These stuff reminds of the nature remedies. Not overpowering with the smell. You do need to work in the hands to soften it up before placing on the skin. Hasn’t caused any irritation did help ease my sciatica pain. Does need to be reapplied as it’s not very long lasting.
